Web application to upload text files

A Web application with a private area for the users where they can upload files to be processed by the backend and then return the results. The application should be developed in golang containing 3 menus and a private area for the users and administration area to manage users and their uploaded files.
When a user upload a file, it would redirect to a payment area and after that the file would be processed
