Web Portal for Video Compression & Encryption

I'm looking to build a web portal that enables users to compress and encrypt live video. This portal will have 5-7 tabs/pages: status, input, transcode, output, logs, and system.

Key Features:
- User Authentication: The system should support a simple 'Username and Password' authentication method.
- User Roles: The portal should support two user roles - Admin and User.
- User Interface: The design should be simple and minimalistic.

Technical Aspects:
- Platform: You can choose the most suitable platform, but keep in mind that the portal needs to run on an Ubuntu server.
- Backend: Please note that I have a backend team ready to handle the API and other functionalities. Therefore, I'm only looking for the web portal with the complete source code.
