Web and Mobile Design - Job Platform

I'm looking for a ux/ui product designer to help design wireframes for my website. Note this is only the wireframes, I have a developer to do the implementation.

The website is a jobs platform for contractors so there are a number of pages that would need designing:
- Landing page
- Search page
- For agencies page
- Individual job posting page
- Candidate dashboard (5 pages)
- Recruiter dashboard (5 pages)
-5 or so email templates
- Resources pages

I would like both web design as well as a separate mobile design, both need to be responsive as well as designed to maximise conversion.
