- We need regular support of a web development team to keep things up to date on the website and continuously improve on the website there are things small like color changes, font changes, new features and that will be like a regular update.
- Quality assurance of the website, work closely with the developers to fix any kind of bugs and fixes that might be required
- Create flows for the email and marketing automation, also to check the integration of our CRM with Shopify Website
- Setup the support channels for the website on the CRM
- Work on the technical SEO of the website to make sure our meta tags etc are all up to date.
