Web Development and Design in NextJS

We would like someone to wireframe, design and build our responsive web app in NextJS or ReactJS so that it can easily be wrapped into a mobile app too. This project requires familiarity with inbuilt video editors and needs to have advanced automation and functionality, with multiple API integrations and a member dashboard. The website also needs to have a serverless backend for easy and quick scalability.
