I'm looking for a professional web developer who can create and host a new portal for me. The primary aim of the portal is to share tutorials and guides by the tutors to students, so the site needs to be user-friendly and optimised for this type of content.

Key Features:

- The blog must have a search functionality. This is crucial as I want users to be able to easily find specific tutorials or guides.

- Need a report page accessible only by admin to get the list of people accessing the website, search keyword used, country etc. Mobile compatible - Home page, User Registration page, LMS templates, payment, Chatbot, Tutor/Student Chat/Discussion/Desktop sharing, Admin page on ip and country details from cookies.
