Web Developer to Edit Website

We are an artist management company searching for a reliable web developer/designer who has experience with Google Console & Google Domains. We need to make changes to our company website. The previous designer was using a regular HTML with bootstrap framework, then uploading the source code to our google account via Google Console, and uploading the files through Google's interface. If possible, we would need someone who can find the source code on the backend and make our requested changes. I'd love to discuss this more, so please feel free to reach out and ask questions.
