I wanna design an payment gateway that use visa card and some cards people use in rial, iranian bank card.
I need a page of payment gateway but in fact this page transfer money from a card to another card .
I think a bot makes this transfer .
at first a person enter mobile number and a CAPTCHA after that a code comes on the phone from a Money transfer application( Iranian application e.g ap,pop,sekeh ) and (of course there are no need to install this app on your phone) then he/she move to payment gateway but at the back of this page that bot get data for transfer money .
