Web Designer with Coding Skills Wanted – Redesign + Functional Expansion

Hi there,
I’m looking for a reliable freelancer who can provide both modern web design and has the technical skills to implement it (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, possibly Bootstrap).
Project Overview:
Our current website is https://schnelleraufgeladen.de/ – it’s currently focused on mobile top-ups only. We want to redesign the site and expand it to also offer online vouchers.
The underlying process remains the same – the technical flow for vouchers is identical to mobile top-ups. Only design elements like colors, icons, and texts will change.
Requirements:
1. Main Page (Redesign):
Visitors should be able to choose between:
“Mobile Top-Up”
“Online Vouchers”
2. Mobile Top-Up Flow:
After selecting this option, users are guided through:
Entering their mobile number
Choosing a top-up amount
Selecting a payment method
Reviewing their order
Confirming via SMS
(see attached PDF: Mobile_TopUp_Flow_English.pdf)
3. Online Vouchers Flow:
Same structure as above, just with different icons/colors/texts.
What’s Already Available:
Current website and layout
PDF explaining the full process
Frontend source code will be provided – many components already exist, just hidden with d-none classes
Feel free to explore and modify based on what’s already there.
Expectations:
Clean, responsive design (preferably mobile-first)
Close step-by-step collaboration
Solid experience with both design and frontend development
