Web Designer Assistant to help design webpages (WordPress) -- 2
Budget: $12 – $20 USD
Updated description (additional note to visual skills + What to include in the bid)
I’m a WordPress web designer, running an online web design business, and I look for an assistant web designer who can help out when the workload is high.
Hours needed:
Some weeks it may be 1-2 hours, other weeks 3-5 hours.
The tasks:
• The work will mostly consist of setting up basic website pages (About page, Service Pages, Work With Me page, Contact page etc.) based on the text and images that has been provided to me by my clients.
Visual skills:
• Have a good eye for visually pleasing and well structured design. It's important to me is that the assistant is able to independently suggest and build the design for the pages in terms of deciding format and structure in a way that is visually pleasing and in harmony with the brand image, without the help of a mockup. (Graphic designer skills are also appreciated, but not required).
• Many of my clients are women, so being able to apply a feminine touch to the design is important.
Techical skills:
• I mostly use the Classic Editor for the pages, unless the page is long and has many different elements, so the candidate need to be able to design a page with CSS and HTML
• The homepage and header area of the websites will already be up (I already have a person taking care of this), so the style/branding is taken care of, and will be used as a reference for the design for the other pages.
Communication:
• I need someone who is highly communicative, have a fairly quick response time to emails (within reason), and providing me with realistic timelines for when work can be done.
• Great ability to read, understand and follow instrutions (I provide clear guidelines)
• And also important: Good vibes

• Links to MAX 3 websites or pages that you have designed that fit with the visual requirement mentioned above
• Please let me know how you build up trust with your clients
(Please do not to list ALL your tech skills. I'm only intersted in HTML, CSS, visual and communication skills)
If the initial collaboration works out well, and the business growth allows it, I would ideally like to develop a long-standing and enjoyable working relationship.
