We are a tickets sale company focus on comedy events. Our site www.comediaticket.cl needs some customization. We are using for sales wordpress, woocommerce and the events calendar plugin.
For us to continue with our business need some optimization, customization, and programming.
• We need to improve our upload speed on the home page.
• We sale tickets for different venues, some of these venues need a seating chart. So, we need to add a seating chart for those venues.
• We have a service for our producer or comedians can upload their shows (community events on the events calendar plugin). Our problem now is that on the report of those shows we need to grant access to another account. So, two or more accounts could access to the sales report.
• For our comedians, producers, and venues owner we grant access to download the report. This file is on .csv. We need a have a xls file from that report instead.
• To our producers, comedians, and venues we grant access to the sales and assistant report. We are having a problem with the sales report, they can’t load that information. We need to fix that issue.
• A waiting room for our visitirs when we’re having many visitors at the same time.
