Web-Based User-Centric Interface Development

I require a skilled web developer to create an engaging user interface for my new project. The primary tasks include:

1. Creation of a login page:
- This page should feature seamless Google integration, allowing users to easily sign-in using their existing Google accounts.

2. Developing a tailored home page:
- The homepage should dynamically display filtered content based on the user type. We will have three distinct user types and the filtered content must reflect their needs and preferences. However, the specifics of this filtered data is yet to be defined.
