Web Application Development FY22

Competencies Required:
- Content Management Solutioning (Efficient Storage and retrieval of videos, images, documents, audios, presentations)
- Database Management (optimization of complex searches, efficient design)
- API integration
- UX wireframing and design
- Integration of international payment gateways
- Secure Content Presentation (Users cannot download Website Content unless a purchase has been made)
- Region detection of where site is being accessed to determine site language

Bid must include
- Example sites where bidder has implemented key elements indicated in requirement listed

Each Project Milestones will be discussed in detail before it begins. There will be a max number of hours determined as well as deliverable requirements agreed upon for the milestone before work begins on the milestone. There will also be checkpoints defined for the milestone and and agreement on what will be presented to show that the milestone is progressing according to plan. The milestones are as follows:

- UX Wireframe
- UX Design
- User Stories
- System Design document
- Phase 1 Build
- Phase 2 Build
- Phase 3 Build
- Phase 4 Build
- Phase 5 Build
