Web Application

I am looking for a developer who can create a web app with following requirements

Designing a Login Setup for a Webapp.
Something that has:
Login Page as Landing Page
Create Account pop-up view
Forgot Password pop-up view
Reset Password View
Simple Account Page(after login)

Frontend: VueJS. SPA[Single Page Application] style
Backend: Python backend. Something like flask/django works
Database: Scalability is key. No SQLite. Confirm via discussion before implementing.

This is only a part of a webapp. This project only deals with the login functionality
