Web App Dashboard & Landing Design

I need a professional to help me with the wireframing, mockup and storyboarding of a Web Application. This project entails the creation of a dashboard and a landing page, so it's crucial that you have experience with these elements.

Key Features:
- User Login/Authentication: This is a basic requirement for the web app's security. The login page should be designed with simplicity and security in mind.
- Data Visualization: A major part of the dashboard is the ability to visualize data. I would like the data to be represented in a clear, aesthetic and easy to understand manner.
- Customizable Widgets: To make the dashboard more user-friendly, it should be designed in a way that allows for easy customization of widgets.

Specific Data to Visualize:
The data to be visualized in the dashboard will be related to modbus and mqtt data, as well as time and spatial data. Therefore, the freelancer needs to have experience in working with these kinds of data.

You will be using a dummy data to visualize the screen.
I prefer simple html/css/javascript, but I will also accept your preferred platform.

The actual design will be based on;
1. metafactory which uses IOT sensors and actuators
2. Vision AI and GPT API
and a few samples will be provided upon award of this project.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in wireframing, mockup and storyboarding
- Experience in designing dashboards and landing pages
- Strong understanding of User Authentication/Authorization
- Data visualization experience, preferably with modbus, mqtt, time and spatial data
- Ability to create customizable widgets for the dashboard
