Want to create a E Commerce website for Imitation Jewellery

I’m looking to hire a freelancer to create a website for my E-Commerce business for Imitation Jewellery. I need the website built on a custom-built platform. Product review and rating system are essential features like buy now, add to cart and with payment option that I would like to have included in the website. As for product listing and description, I am not sure yet if I need assistance with that, so I am open to any suggestions that the freelancer might have.
