Want Real Estate Landing Page designer

Will not pay more than 2000Rs ( all inclusive ) to make a Landing Page .i have lot of Pages to be made and also later Google Ads for leads. I need a smart and sensible designer who need not be told everyday what changes to be done as its time consuming and frustrating.
