WIX Site Improvement & Chatbot Integration

I am currently seeking a Wix developer to significantly enhance my site, focusing particularly on improving navigation and user experience. The website is already underway, with the logo and outline drafted.
Key Tasks:
- Customize the existing layout for a better user experience.
- Design should be responsive, optimized for both desktop and mobile viewing.
- Particularly, integrate a chatbot that's capable of gathering simple data such as contact information (name, email, phone number), as well as PDFs of insurance policies.
- Develop a splash page intended to provide a visual introduction to my brand and business.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Wix platform
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
- Experience in implementing chatbots
- Ability to design compelling splash pages
