WEB SITE CREATOR FOR NFTS VIDEO GAME MINTING

I am looking for an expert in blockchain technology to create a website where I can display my NFT video game, first of all I want to clarify that it is not a collection of NFT art with layered based characters for random generation of NFTs like the classic NFT collections that exist , I do not want that!
As you know, there are currently a large number of NFT game projects based on 5, 10 or even 50 characters that are NFT, and have a rarity that gives them a certain benefit within the game. These NFTs are minted through a dapp, for example a player/buyer buys a chest or pack with BNB. Inside this chest or pack comes one of the NFT characters, a chest has a certain chance to get an NFT of different rarities, it could be 35% to get a common NFT, 30% to get a rare NFT, 20% to get a rare NFT, a 10% chance to get a legendary NFT and a 5% chance to get a mythical NFT and that's exactly what I'm looking for.

My project is an NFT video game that I want to run on the Polygon blockchain, with 3D characters in voxel design, voxel art is the same art used by video games like minecraft, basically they are pixels in 3 dimensions. For my game I have created 40 different characters in voxel art that I seek to convert them into NFTs so that they can be minted by investors, my NFTs as previously described have a rarity, which are only 4, common, rare, epic and legendary . I want my buyers to be able to mint the characters I have designed, having a total minting supply of 10 thousand NFTs and 40 different characters, I want my buyers to have a 40% chance of getting a common NFT, a 30% chance of getting a Rare NFT, 15% chance to get an epic nft and 5% chance to get a legendary NFT, said rarity gives the player advantages within the game.
So I am looking for someone who can help me develop this project, and also the website for the project with a link to the minteo dapp, a link to whitepapar, a link to the game that is developed by unity and I want it to be embedded within the website and good links to social networks, etc
