Project Agreement
This Agreement is made and entered into on 15th of December 2023, between Shreyansh Singh of WapVenture, hereinafter referred to as the "Developer,” and Dr. Daniel Davidson and American Elite®, hereinafter referred to as the "Client”.
Project Details:
The “PROJECT” is intended to be a digital application and online comprehensive Virtual Office Platform (VOP) with multitudes of functionalities to be utilized by multiple businesses as separate login entities. The detailed description of this VOP was provided to the Developer on Freelancer.com and WhatsApp.com described as a “FULLY FUNCTIONING BUSINESS PLATFORM” and then further elaborated upon and discussed verbally.
Scope of Work:
The Developer agrees to create a Virtual Office Platform as outlined in the initial project proposal. This includes but is not limited to:
- User Authentication System
- Multi-Business and Multi-Employee Functionalities
- Passcode Protected HR File and Filing System Features
- Passcode Protected Company Procedure Protocol Library Files
- Text-Chat Slack type text chat and project management feature
- Sales & Marketing CRM System
- Outbound and Inbound Calling System Integration
- Client User Registration and Agreement features
- Zoom-Like Video-Chat Feature
- Large File Storage Capacity
- Emailing and filing of emails
- Other specified features and functionalities as outlined in the project proposal.
Development Timeline:
The project shall be completed within a duration of 6 to 12 months from the project initiation date. Any delay attributable to late feedback, approvals, or information from the Client shall proportionally extend the project timeline.
Technology Stack:
Frontend Development: The frontend of the virtual office platform shall be developed using React.js for its user interface and interactive components to ensure a dynamic and responsive user experience.
Backend Development: The backend infrastructure shall be implemented using Laravel/PHP framework to ensure efficient data handling, security, and scalability.
Additional Tools and Integrations: The development process may involve the integration of socket.io for real-time chat functionality, web-RTC for video chat features, and other necessary libraries or APIs to achieve specified functionalities as outlined in the project proposal.
Other Terms:
- Design and Functionality: The platform's design shall be as per the Client's requirements and subject to their approval. Functionality shall be developed in line with the functionalities defined in this Agreement.
- Communication and Updates: Regular progress updates and check-ins shall be maintained throughout the project duration to keep the Client informed about the project's progress.
- Compliance: The developed platform shall adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: The Developer shall conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure the platform's functionality and performance meet the specified standards.
Frontend Development: The frontend of the virtual office platform shall be developed using React.js for its user interface and interactive components to ensure a dynamic and responsive user experience. The design will adhere to the Client's preferences.
- Developer will develop the End-User Friendly Design according to the needs and preferences of the Client, with a Highrise Office Building Lobby Design Entry Three-Dimensional Animation Videographic presentation, or any other, and American Elite’s company colors and logo, etc.
8. Backend Development: The backend infrastructure, including server-side logic, database management, and API development, shall be implemented using Laravel/PHP framework to ensure efficient data handling, security, and scalability.
9. Additional Tools and Integrations: The development process may involve the integration of socket.io for real-time chat functionality, web-RTC for video chat features, and other necessary libraries or APIs to achieve specified functionalities as outlined in the project proposal.
1. Development Timeline: The project shall be completed within a duration of 30-40 days from the project initiation date. However, any delay attributable to late feedback, approvals, or information from the Client shall proportionally extend the project timeline.
2. Scope of Work:
The Developer agrees to create a Virtual Office Platform as outlined in the initial project proposal. This includes but is not limited to:
- User Authentication System (authenticating multitudes of users with various business affiliations and their respective department affiliations if they are employees of any of the businesses utilizing the VOP or the multitudes of clients who would be logging-into & creating a profile on, connecting with the various employees of these various businesses), NDA is part of the agreements of all individuals signing up to receive username into the system, which allows the clients of the various businesses in an incognito manner, communicate with the various employees of the respective companies, in an incognito manner, blocking any exchange of personal contact information, allowing exchange of files, documents, sharing of screen, collaboration and other group creation, CRM integration, other operational features among other practical features), I do not want our clients to know who our techs are, or our techs know who our clients are, otherwise they will do business off the site with each other and we lose business. I want to make sure that our clients and our staff do not exchange private information. The staff must only use the business infrastructure to communicate with all clients as clients must only communicate with staff via the VOP as much as possible,
- Multi-Business and Multi-Employee Functionalities (As described above),
- Passcode Protected HR File and Filing System Features (Each employee of each business shall have a thorough digital file including but not limited to employment contracts and agreements, uploaded identification documents that would be filed in their respective files, as well as other information and documents),
- Passcode Protected Company Procedure Protocol Library Files (There will be a “Reference Library” for each company where important company files are stored in and are accessible by passcode, by certain individuals),
- Text-Chat Slack type text chat and project management feature (There will be a multi-vendor with multi-client with multi staff all blind contact information, where the rule is no exchange of personal contact information.
- Sales & Marketing CRM System (Description of CRM is as follows:
All leads are fed in the system,
The leads are identified as cold, warm, or hot,
The leads are identified by quality or grade in 4 grades.
Sales team are put in the system and classified by various factors.

It will be a complete VOP with the plan that Client will be able to sell licenses to each component of the functionality of the VOP separately. Sale, operations, conferencing, etc. and charge for its maintenance and upgrades.
