Seeking a dedicated virtual assistant to oversee my Shopify and TikTok Shop, specializing in home decor products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uploading and editing product listings
- Designing simple promotional banners for seasonal promotions, new arrivals, and discounts using Canva or Photoshop
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and TikTok
- Conducting weekly audits to maintain a clean and current catalog
Requirements:
- Proven Shopify admin experience
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop
- Proficient in product photo and video editing, with graphic design skills in Canva & Photoshop
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Able to work independently with weekly check-ins
This part-time role starts at 4 hours per week, with hours expected to increase as the business expands and more products are launched.
