Vibrant Shopify Site with Custom Templates

Looking for a shopify agency that can help with a new customized website design, integration of back end wholesale portal or at least separate order database for it to dilute order data.
I actually have 3 upcoming projects for 3 different businesses. The winning agency will have the opportunity to quote on all 3, but have 1 priority website to get started.
Klaviyo integration. Website needs to be optimized for conversion for project 1, as the products are $15-$30 price range. Also optimize for increasing AOV through up-sale techniques. Additional features such as a subscribe and save would also be brilliant as the product is consumable.
