Very simple website with CMS

I need a very simple website built with a custom made content managemenet system. The website will have 2 pages, a home and a blog page. The blog page should only have content added through the CMS admin console, and should require a Title, description, image and possibly a flair I can add if I want ( like Tech or Finance ). When clicking on the blog post, it should bring me in a seperate page which also should be edited through the cms, that would have the full Blog with as much text + images under any text added.
