Vendure Setup and Data Migration

I need an expert to set up Vendure and migrate data from Medusa. The task involves:

- Fresh Vendure backend/admin installation
- PostgreSQL setup and connection (Postgres is already installed but a new db needs to be setup)
- Data migration: Customers, Orders, Products, Order Line Items, Collections
- Setup qwik starter storefront and ensure data is flowing correctly from backend.
- Redesign storefront to match my medusa design (currently in nextjs)

I have some AI-generated scripts and previously migrated collections/products but started running into issues with missing tables for customers specifically country and country translations so i decided to seek outside help from someone who knows what they are doing.
