For video playing, when user scroll down or up, when the video come into the view, play it; go out of view, stop playing.
For video playing, default is mute, when user click the video, unmute the video sound.
For audio playing, when user click play button, play the audio, when user scroll down or up, the audio go out of view, stop playing.
