VERY CLEAN AND SIMPLE LAYOUT and New Website

We have a project called selfemploy, where people can hire regular people.
Basically as an employer you can upload a job, and as a worker you can also add your services.
So the functionality we want to add is the following:
-Deposit money system (To begin with we will use 2 swedish payment methods, Swish and Swedish bank services)
-Basically you can find jobs near you, and even set how far away jobs and employers should be in Kilometers
-chat system which basically works just like freelancer, all from awarding the job to depositing money and releasing the money.
Login page with an extended profile such as
-Picture of yourself
-Experience
-Reviews from finished jobs
-When searching for employees you can see a calender if they request the job or if you offer the job which dates they are not booked by having a calendar. Available days should be green, booked days should be red and you can select for how many days you want to employ the guy which automatically lights red as in occupied once money has been deposited.
Both employer and recipient may review each other after a completed work. (This is the reviews that display in the profile)
The worker can not begin the work, before an image has been added to their current project that the client has awarded them, to display how it looked before and after the work was done.
when the employer releases the money, the money are frozen with a message in the chat that the money will be released upon taking a picture of the finished work.
-Registration takes place through a swedish service called "bankid", where when you sign in, you have to agree with our terms so basically a text box of agreements that where the user has to tick accept terms. For now you can just type in the terms
"We maintain the right to investigate and re-allocate the money in case of dispute or pay it out to workers depending on proof of work done and chats.
In case workers and employers do find each other for a job on selfemploy and decide to take contact outside of the platform to complete the job outside of our service we maintain the right to sue and issue a life time suspension for both parties on our platform."
-For each released payment, a 20% fee will be charged from the full amount.
-One day before a booked work in the calender, the worker should be notified by text message on the phone, if its a new project.
-Site has to be responsive.

An app GPS system where the employer sees when the employee arrives
profile page should present average arrival time based on the app (nice interface with meter)
