I'm looking for a Angular web application designed to handle task assignments. This application will be primarily used by agents & managers to submit simple requests.
Key Features:
- Request Assignment: The application should allow for easy and efficient request creation from agent to managers/team leads to their respective teams.
- User-Friendly Interface: The application should be intuitive and simple to navigate for all users.
- Tracking and Monitoring: While the primary focus is on managing request assignments, it would be beneficial if the application also has the capability to track the progress of each requests.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Angular web application development

1. Homepage & Navigation
A clean, intuitive landing page presenting branding, key links, and a “Sign in with Google” button.
2. Secure Google‑Based Authentication
OAuth flow to capture the user’s Google email, followed by a one‑time passcode emailed to that address (expires in 5 minutes, rate‑limited).
3.Role‑Based Access Control
a) Agent: Completes and submits request forms. Check the Status of all Requests.
b) Manager: Reviews, approves or rejects agent requests (with comments).
c) Admin: Invites new users, updates profiles, changes roles, and assigns managers to agents.
4. Request Workflow
Agents submit requests via a simple form → Managers see a dashboard of pending items → Decisions trigger status updates and notifications back to agents and managers.
