Upload frontend for photographer's Squarespace site

Hi,
I need a visually attractive front-end integrated into my Squarespace site, allowing my customers to create temporary, upload accounts (with a preset validity) to upload their pictures.
1/ The front-end should only accept PDF and image files (BMP, JPEG, JPEG 2000, GIF, PNG, PCX, PSD, EPS, TIFF, WMF, ICO, TGA and popular digital camera RAW formats: Canon (*.cr2, *.crw), Kodak (*.dcr), Minolta (*.mrw), Nikon (*.nef), Olympus (*.orf), Pentax (*.pef), Fuji (*.raf), Leica (*.raw), Sony (*.srf) and Sigma (*.x3f).
2/ It should also have a simple admin page only accessible to me, allowing to create a temporary account and see what accounts contain files and their creation date. It should also allow me to delete user on a per need basis. This #2 is nice to have but not mandatory)
The cloud storage is B2 (Backblaze). The temporary accounts should be private and exclusive. Nobody, except the user should be able to access their account. The user should be sandboxed to their own bucket sub-folder (b2-bucket/customer1, etc. This is important to avoid customers accessing other files.
