Scope of Work for www.uaeshoppingarena.com
Development is divided into 2 parts mainly
UAE Website
1. Update current PHP version to latest version of PHP
2. Website will be hosted on a new domain and new server. We will choose and give domain & server.
3. Update the website to latest version of Opencart
4. Install all old modules, which are running on current website and setup.
5. Setup or use a new theme. Theme must be bug free and very fast and smooth. Need to customize theme, if needed.
6. Do all module configurations
7. All data needs to be migrated and settings also. Like products, customer data etc. All should be migrated to new website.
8. Setup complete end to end website.
9. Website needs to have onsite SEO, which were setup in last version
10. Suggest enhancements for e-com store, for better customer experiences and sales.
11. Need to have best Google UI score for desktop and mobile compliant version.
12. Need to have best speed score for website
13. Configure e-mails etc.
14. Whatsapp needs to be configured on website for customer chatting etc.
15. Blogs need to move to new website. Can copy the same one.
16. Plugins will be installed on new website too and setup.
17. Need a page for customer to register in order to claim the warranty. When the customer registers along with correct product sku code and his details, he will receive OTP on email and phone (3 parts email, 3 parts phone) when done, he/she will receive a warranty card with a unique code.
18. A page where all product manuals will be present but only the customers who have registered can see and download the manuals
19. Need pop-ups when the customer visit the website. Should be able to enable/disable
a. When customer visit for the first time – he/she should get Pop-up after being on the website for 1 minute for 10% discount for first time purchase
b. Customer should also get a pop-up for subscribing to the emailer and we can offer some discounts.
20. Check-out Page(Very Important) : Should be bug free, less complicated and includes all mandatory fields and less loading time.
21. Website should support HD Images for products etc, size can be compressed in backend but Output Should be High Resolution.
22. Website should run perfectly fine in any devices – Laptop/Phones/Tablets/Ipads etc.,
23. Backend should have xls support for following :
• Import and Export of Listing
• Import and Export of Orders
• Import and Export of Sales
• Export of Full Catalogue
• Import and Export for Stock Update.
• Import and Export for Prices.
24. Should support some API to calculate shipping rates. Standards or product info we can share.

1. The main website will be copied from UAE website. Products etc remains same.
2. New separate domain & server for India website. So it will have separate admin panel.
3. Currency will be for India.
4. All settings will be for India. UAE settings needs to be removed.
5. Shipping cost, customer can choose based on the size/weight and pin code. So API needs to be configured for India PIN code shipping.
Both the websites has to be bug free and smooth running. All incoming mail to customers etc for orders/shipping/marketing needs to be setup and designed too.
Need free support for bugs/issues with new website for at least 60 days.
