Updating Web Site using WordPress

We are using GoDaddy for domains and as website hosting.
The existing website under the domain "qbsgroup.com.au" need to be updated to appoint the Hosting, then, activate it to be alive and to be used as a reference to make the new website under the new domain "rsbuildings.com.au" In the new website we will change Logo, name, and some text and add some photos and/or videos. The hosting initially will be under a Basic Plan. The Website will provide Profesional Services such as Building Inspections, Design & Council Approval Plans, and Construction & Project Management; with a section to request a quote and an appointment for Building Inspections or for Design & construction advice, also to buy Property building reports.
