Update and refresh Wordpress website

I would like my website updated and refreshed. Some content needs to be updated, but mostly the design needs to be refreshed. Update Logos, page content.
I have 2 other portals I would like to integrate into the website as well. To give a seamless feel.

I want to make sure the website is SEO friendly as well.
