Update an incomplete Wordpress Woocommerce Website

I am looking for an EXPERT Wordpress Woocommerce Marketplace (WCFM) developer to update my incomplete website. Most of the pages are complete, but some require additional development. The specific features that need to be fixed are related to backend functionality mostly with some small redesing on the front end. Attached requirements document indicate what is needed to be done.
