Update my Squarespace Website

I am a digital artist and create custom commission portraits. My website is www.takewingartistry.ca and I would like it to be more like the bot-run competition at the following sites:

I need the ability for my customers to upload their images directly in the site. I also need to be able to sell variations on items and have the prices change with each variation. Right now my site looks nice but it isn't functional and easy to use for my customers and it is not getting sales as it's not clear.

I also would need to update the cart and payment pages which are not editable in the regular version of squarespace. There may be more as I am a versatile artist and need a way to offer everything I can do to customers and right now the site is not showing all my potential.

I have a lot of competition but I work alongside the customer to personally create their artwork so I need to make my customers aware of the difference between choosing me over a bot-run system, why they would pay a higher price to me vs. a cheaper option.
