Update Shopify website with custom changes

Current challenges we want to solve with shopify platform
1. Every time user add product to cart back and forth moments of users happens
We want user to add any product easily in the cart without back and forth moments. Also expect here to notify user about items added in the cart and so on.
2. Variation with discount offers is having limited scope. Customised offer can not be created
In the current of discount offer we cannot create special kind of offer applicable to limited products/specific products. Also offers are directly applicable on either min purchase or min qnty no. We expect more possible variations here to encourage users for shopping
3. separate web hosting is required for shop data and emails(Future Plan)
We are paying separately for web hosting and email hosting. It would be great if you can bring this under single umbrella of shopify
4. Add to cart not option not available on product list page
In our current theme, add to cart option is only available on product pages and not when user is navigating on product collection pages. Simple and easy add to cart option should also be there on the product collections pages.
5. Creating invoice of particular order
Creating invoice for some users is directly not possible in our current shopify account. I would like to have this option directly available on order dashboard or customer dashboard
6.creating separate delivery schedule for particular item/collections
We have some special products like Organic collections where delivery schedule is different than other products. We want when user add any product from this collections, he/she should be notified about delivery of those particular items
7.Notifiying users on checkout about delivery schedule
Delivery of all products in the cart should be notified before checkout completion
8.Adding custom combo packs and new services for repeat purchases(Future Plan)
We are going to add custom combo and products required daily basis(milk,eggs etc). Separate option to be given for such transactions(create subscriptions if required)
9.Billing option for repeat customers(Future Plan)
We have products in our portfolio which are required on frequently basis. We want to give option of billing for our customers if want to opt for it. Separate checkout to be made for this users
10.Baners/promo codes available to be shown on checkout page for eligible orders
All live offers/promocodes to be shown at checkout so that maximum users avail the existing offers and increase no of transactions
11.Free delivery and delivery charges to be notified on checkout page
Delivery charges to be notified at checkout step
12.Integration with Wati.io for whatsapp shop
We have explored Wati platform for whatsapp shopping . We want this to be integrated with shopify account if possible
13.Products to be made available as per custom meal plans( Future Plan)
We are going add few recipes/content where users will be interested in buying particular products after reading recipes. We want elements/ingredients in any of the such recipes to be directly made available on such blog pages and checkout to be process immediately after it.
14.Consulting service for health issues( Future Plan)
We are planning to add health consulting service as separate section of website. Users having particular concerns will reach out to us for help. Post consulting we will give option to select any package for particular issue so that user don’t need to go in the market for searching particular products and buy it.
15.Images in shopify to be arranged in groups
Images in the shopify are totally mixed up and there is no room to categorised them. If possible we want to segregation of them
16. For logged in users there should be option to repeat order placed earlier
For any repeat customer there should be option to repeat any of his/her previous order in their account.
