A full-stack PHP + MySQL web application designed to collect user feedback and service evaluations from different areas of a university — such as the Library, Professors, Administrative Services, Virtual Teaching, and Maintenance Staff.
This project was developed collaboratively as part of the Database II course, with focus on database design, web integration, and CRUD operations using PDO (PHP Data Objects).
