Understanding Squarespace billing and update design for two websites

I am seeking an English speaking freelancer that lives in the United States. I need someone that has knowledge of Squarespace billing, someone who can look at my account and help me decrease my spending which is almost $300. I also need someone who can help me update and design my two websites. I am a therapist and my website needs are very simple.
