- They can choose window/door size, color, and hardware options.
- Once the design is completed, the customer can press a button to receive quotes from multiple registered companies.
1.3 Quotation and Order Management:
- After receiving quotes from companies, the customer can compare and select the best offer.
- They can send the final selected quote to the company for confirmation.
- Once the company confirms, the customer makes the payment (held by the platform).
- 20% of the payment is released to the company for manufacturing, and the remaining amount is held until the order is completed.
1.4 Order Tracking and Updates:
- Customers receive updates about their order status, such as order confirmation, production, and shipping.
1.5 Project Posting:
- Customers can post a project for repairs or installations, which builders can bid on.
- Builders and companies can submit offers for the project, and the customer can select the winning bid based on price, ratings, and reviews.
