Truck Sales website and application

Good day,

Kindly I would like to create a website and mobile applications (for both android and ios) similar to shorturl.at/hxEO1

The basic idea as follows: new users can register and put their advertisement for selling their trucks. I can as the owner and admin add/modify/delete the advertisement if it is not meeting ethical standard. Terms and Conditions related to privacy, ethics and other standard, shall be provided along with the package. Furthermore, kindly create a good-looking and user friendly application/website as well as organize some spaces for other companies to advertise on my web or application or both.

For every sale, the buyer shall acknowledge to pay 0.5% if he/she accepted to buy any truck advertised by my website/application.

I would really ask if you can provide additional feedback and if you can assist in the payment integration process and other important notes.
