Travel Business Platform Webapp( Website)

I am Ashok , Kathmandu based tourism entrepreneur. I like to develop webapp ( Website)for travel business which need to be following features on it
1, Tour/Travel Listing by Company ( at a time of registration they need to submit copy of license, legal documents, verified/non verified status)
2, Homestay/Hotel Listing by owner( at a time of registration they need to submit copy of license, legal documents, verified/non verified status)
3, Guide registration ( at a time of registration they need to submit copy of license, legal documents, verified/non verified status, year of experience, specialized language, specialized area etc)
3, Even listing / event ticket system
4, Permit / Ticket Purchase system
5, Online eCommerce Store
6, Blog (Can post by guest once they register for writer, all writer need to show verified/unverified badge, expertises label show)
7, Cab Booking System ( Need google map based and fixed place (Optional), Driver can register, accept booking
8, Bus ticket system
9, All services have to interconnected each other , i.e, if any person book or search Hotel in Place A , system should suggest cab service , tour, guide, event, permit and blog about Place A , if exist .
10, Need to integrate payment Service API .( All service must have online booking function with online payment option)
11, User can chat privately to service provider but they cant share contact number/ email on server .
12, User can send enquires to one operator or they can ask quotation to all but must hide their email and phone number if operator not purchase our subscription .
13, Ticket system, rating system, account and report .
For this project time is 3 months
Budget : flexible medium range , open to get offer with Android and iOS app .
I prefer Use SaaS, react or any lighter scalable code/tech.
