Tenant management system -- 2

I need a simple tenant Tenant management System where I can track the monthly rent paid, the balance owing, time of payment, Start and end date of contract, and have receipt generator. I need to also input the Tenant information and what unit they are staying in. I also need to be able to send automated emails. I also need to see their current balance on file. I need a tenant report and a property report.
