I am looking for technical support that specifically focuses on software solutions. While I do not have a specific issue in mind, I do have a general idea of what I would like to see resolved. As this is needed for the long term, I am looking for someone who is a highly competent professional, comfortable with a long-term commitment to working with me. The right person will be able to provide comprehensive, knowledgeable technical support and be able to proactively make suggestions.
