Technical Co-Founder for Proptech Start-Up
Budget: €50,000 – €0 EUR
I am in need of a technical co-founder for my proptech start-up. Together, we will develop a prototype of a platform that will provide property investment insights through data-driven mechanisms, as we as other real estate service (asset identification and management, matchmaking buyers to sellers and services, valuation, ...).
This is more of a long-term business partnership opportunity, and the compensation will be expected after the seed round (I already have investors waiting for the MVP).
Ideal skills and experience include:
- Advanced knowledge in Machine Learning algorithms
- Proficiency in full-stack software development
- Expertise in database management
In terms of aesthetics, the platform should have a modern, visually appealing interface that is intuitive and user-friendly. I am ultimately looking for someone who can contribute to the technical aspects of the project and help guide the overall direction of the start-up.
