Technical Evaluator/Interviewer for React.js/Frontend/UI UX candidates.

We’re Neotalent, a tech hiring firm working with global clients.
We’re looking for experienced frontend developers or tech leads to help us evaluate candidates for a UI/UX focused Frontend Developer role for our client Book Luxury Yacht, a global luxury travel platform.

What We Need From You:
-Conduct 30-45 minute technical interviews over Zoom or Google Meet
-Assess candidates on React.js, Tailwind, CSS or SCSS, and UI UX sensibility
-Submit structured feedback after each interview in our provided assessment form

What You Should Have:
-5 plus years of frontend development experience
-Strong understanding of modern web standards, performance, and accessibility
-Solid UI UX knowledge and experience with tools like Figma
-Experience conducting interviews or mentoring developers is a plus

Compensation:
You will be paid INR 1800-2000/- in total for evaluating 2 candidates
This includes conducting interviews and submitting brief assessments for each
Additional opportunities may be offered based on the quality of feedback

We will share candidate profiles, evaluation format, and interview flow. If the trial goes well, this can lead to regular freelance evaluation assignments.
