Technical English Writing - HDPE Piping Technical Book Repurposing

no dealine at this stage this will be an ongoing thing over the next few months ** please do not offer if you have not read the breif below** Hi, I'm looking for a mechanical engineer that has technical writing skills & understands piping terminology. the task I’m looking to have complete is to take a document refresh the text without changing the technical formulars & information accuracy. Draft text and diagrams will be provided as a guide. we would like the text to be changed at least 30% & the diagrams remodelled to be 30% different. it you do not have cad/modelling skills this is ok as I have another freelancer for this - Just let me know. Successful applicant must have done this type of work before & have perfect English literacy & numeracy skills.
