Subscription Service - On WidApricot or SalesForce?
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hello. I am looking to set up a website. Rather than building from scratch, I think it makes sense to use an existing platform such as SalesForce or WildApricot (or something else - I am open to suggestions). Hopefully it is really just a service recommendation, setup, and formatting job on an existing platform.
Basic facets of the project:
- Subscription based service whereby customers can pay an monthly or discounted annual recurring price. Also, subscription could be either individual or family (for a higher price).
- Subscribers will be able to enter information about themself (limited to about 10 fields or so). Upload documents (PDFs, etc). Subscribers will need to have their own login information, etc. for updating information, updating membership plans, etc.
- Members will not be able to view each other's information - only Admin users can view other people's information. Therefore, each subscribers information needs to be kept separate and safely stored from each other.
-Admin users will be able to access members information. Ideally, there would be three tiers of access - Administrator who can access and update information, cancel memberships, etc. Managers who can view members information but not make changes. Subscribers who can access and update only their own information.
- The site needs to accept credit cards and be able to process one time or recurring subscriptions, send reminders about subscriptions to members, etc.
- Ideally there would be logging of access by members, managers, etc. of activity.
- Subscribers would need to accept Terms of Service when signing up.
-Pages to site will be minimal - Home page that tells about the service, page about membership types/levels/pricing, and that is about it... other than the subscriber portal for their own information, etc.
The simpler the better, really, and the more standard/out-of-the-box on an existing platform the better for ease, sustainability, ability to update, and cost of creation.
Any questions, just let me know! Ideally, I am only looking for someone to set up the shell of the website. From there, I can input copy, images, etc. In some ways, this is more of a project on finding the best platform for the project more so than actually developing a website.
