Strip Club

I am currently running a multi million dollar retail business. I have been doing this for about 6 years now. I am looking into opening my own strip club/bar. I want to have a business plan made up including but not limited to: Marketing costs, rent, hiring, renovations needed, licenses needed, etc.

I would prefer this to be a step by step plan. I am open to suggestions for how to best market/brand it as well.
