Stock market Chart Analyzer

I want an website or application that can analyze charts of any symbol in stock market (use already existing & free charts such as tradingview )and based on that do the following task:
User selects a particular portion of chart ( Provide some rectangular form of selection tool )
The tool/application should analyze it and find any previously formed exactly same pattern or similar pattern and based on that predict next candle.

Maybe such thing is already present in market. So provide a link if you have built such thing previously or similar things.
