Steel Staircases E-commerce Website Development

I'm looking to create a website selling steel staircases. The site should have the ability for customers to input various specifications and instantly generate a price as well as CAD drawings for fabrication.

I have put a list together with as many parts i can think of, but there will obviously be more of a discussion once i have found the correct person.

Key functionalities:
- Instant price generation based on customer input
- CAD drawing generation for fabrication
- Online order tracking

Customer input requirements:
- Staircase measurements
- Material type
- Installation requirements
- Finish required
- Handrail style
- Intended use for the staircase

The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in e-commerce website development and CAD software integration. Knowledge in staircase design would be a plus.
The aim is to be user friendly, and make ordering a staircase simpler, faster and cheaper
The budget is not fixed, but i don need to know a price once i have found the correct person.

Please note, I would need to be sole owner of all intellectual property attached to this project.
