Static Website Finalization on Vercel

Job ID: 39349840

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Hello,
I have a portfolio website originally built with WordPress, which I converted into a static site. I already deployed it to Vercel (https://yosephsa.vercel.app), and it's almost fully working.

I need help with the following:

Fix project links: Right now, photos are linking incorrectly, and projects aren’t opening properly.
Remove unnecessary WordPress files: The static site still contains many leftover WordPress files, themes, and unused code. I want to clean everything up and keep only the essential parts to make the site simple, fast, and smooth.
Set up easy project management: I need a simple way to add, edit, and categorize projects in the future — preferably without coding every time (suggestions like using Markdown, a light CMS like Sanity, or an even simpler solution are welcome).
Ensure overall optimization: The final site should work perfectly on Vercel, load fast, and be easy for me to maintain.
I'm a designer, so it's important for the site to stay visually clean, lightweight, and professional.

If you have experience working with static sites, Vercel, and optimizing WordPress-to-static conversions, please share some examples of similar work you've done!
