Static HTML/CSS/JavaScript based Website Design

Need a professional website development company/freelancer who can design a static HTML/CSS/Javascript based website for our use.
About:
ZENXL is a logistics company having its office in Hyderabad, India.
Project Work:
1) This will be a static website (NOT a CMS, WordPress application)
2) Technology to be used: HTML5/CSS3/Javascript/bootstrap
3) Website will be for internal use, so Login screen is the first screen on access.
4) The site should be responsive in Computer/Laptop/Tablets/Mobile.
5) Must support modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
6) We have attached most of the screen mock-ups for reference, but still, minor changes will be there based on your experience or while working on the project.
7) For data in the grid you can use dummy 5 to 10 records under each column so that the working functionality of the grids can be visible.
8) The site is mostly content-driven, and database connection and related API programming will be done later by us.
9) We may have to connect on Skype for more details before we start the work.
